Job summary

Premier Door, Frame & Hardware seeks a motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our on-site team in Malvern, PA. This role requires strong Division 8 experience with doors, frames, and hardware and the ability to confidently read architectural plans.

You’ll develop new business opportunities, manage projects from estimating through installation, and prepare takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors. Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required
• Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
• Manage projects from initial estimating through final installation
• Prepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors
• Support end-user aftermarket sales
• Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visits
• Plan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlines
• Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirements
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team and business goals
