Qualifications

• Blueprint and plan reading and interpretation.

• Knowledge of door, frame and hardware applications related to UL, fire code, and building code.
• Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with deadlines and scope of projects.
• Accurate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews scope of work and determines competitive position with General Contractor.
• Performs labor cost interpretation based on scope of work.
• Encourages complete door and hardware takeoffs and costing of all parts.
• Enters information into costing system and prices job based on cost files.
• Manages project approach and schedules review as applicable.
