Job summary

Premier Door, Frame & Hardware is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our Malvern, PA team on-site. The role focuses on Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware, with responsibility for estimating, planning, and coordinating installations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong ability to read architectural plans, excellent communication, and proven project management skills. Travel to other Tague locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving.
• Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required.
• Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-site work Monday - Friday in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
• Manage projects from initial estimating through final installation
• Prepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors
• Support end-user aftermarket sales
• Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visits
• Plan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlines
• Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirements
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team and business goals
