AlfaTech, an engineering and design firm, seeks an On-Site Project Manager for a project in Eagle Mountain, UT. The role links on-site construction with the remote design team, coordinating information flow between clients, contractors, and design staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in design or construction with on-site project experience.
• Ability to communicate with clients, contractors and design teams.
• Proficiency with industry software listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site representation for the Firm.
• Coordinate and facilitate design revisions and RFI responses.
• Lead OAEC and weekly design/contractor meetings.
• Ensure timely design input and QA/QC through site observation.
• Improve processes and maintain alignment with owner program.
