Job summary

Amicus Talent Solutions is seeking a Construction Site Controller for a large-scale data center construction project in Windsor, Connecticut. This full-time on-site role will involve managing budget setup, cost tracking, and financial reporting, while collaborating closely with project managers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in construction cost control. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with systems like Procore, SAP, or Oracle are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction cost control, project accounting, or project controls.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects (data center preferred).
• Ability to work on-site as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget setup, cost coding, and ongoing cost tracking.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor cost performance, identifying variances and potential risks.
