Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Associate’s degree and 2+ years supporting an Information Technology (IT) department or performing IT work.
• High School diploma/GED and 4+ years of related IT education or experience supporting an IT department.

Responsibilities

• Oversees PC lease and mobile device programs; coordinates printer repairs and acts as mobile device interface with vendors.
• Serves as first level support for business systems applications and provides user training.
• Coordinates device configuration, inventory, repairs, and vendor communications to keep users productive.
