Job summary

CCC Group is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the technical source for project management, construction supervision, and field crews. You will ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and specs while managing change orders, costs, and documentation.

Travel to project sites is required to support duration of the project. The successful candidate will have a four-year engineering or related degree and at least three years of heavy industrial construction engineering/manufacturing experience,

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, construction, or related field; minimum three years heavy industrial construction engineering/manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project engineering activities meet contract requirements and support construction schedule.
• Provide technical support during planning, design, and field activities; resolve design conflicts and perform constructability reviews.
• Develop and administer project engineering procedures and control documents.
• Support project risk management, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Represent company in meetings with clients, architects, and project management.
• Coordinate site communications and resolve on-site issues to maintain schedule.
• Review work orders, monitor planner/supervisor requests, and track progress.
• Prepare RFIs, transmittals, submittals, and logs; maintain updated equipment and materials lists.
• Create change orders and monitor budget variances; ensure compliance with codes and drawings.
• Oversee document control and prepare drawings, lift plans, and surveying support as needed.
