Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial operations, power systems, or field project coordination.
• Experience managing logistics equipment or material control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in active industrial or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• On-Site representation supporting CLIENT Project Managers.
• Provide real-time updates, site reports, and progress validation.
• Proactively escalate issues and coordinate field activities as needed.
• Act as the reference point for all incoming gear and materials.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and project schedules.
• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate staging, storage, and movement of equipment on site.
• Monitor daily field activities against milestones and align contractors.
• Support punch-list validation and project closeout activities.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide field insight.
