Meds.com, Elmhurst, IL, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the launch of new products and initiatives in healthcare and e-commerce. Onsite role focusing on cross-functional collaboration and timely execution.

You will manage project timelines, coordinate with partners and vendors, and maintain comprehensive documentation. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills and proven delivery track record in healthcare or digital health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project experience, preferably in healthcare, e-commerce, or tech industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Product Launches – Support the planning, execution, and rollout of new products, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Partnership and Vendor Management – Coordinate scheduling and communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects remain on-track and on budget.
• Project Documentation – Maintain, organize, distribute, and archive project documentation, including budgets, requirements, quotes, contracts, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and meeting summaries.
• Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, key milestones, and dependencies. Regularly update plans to ensure a shared understanding of project status and timelines across departments.
• Project Management Software – Leverage project management software, including monday.com to track product status, resource allocation, equipment installation, procurement, maintenance requests, and other operational initiatives.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the process. Develop mitigation strategies and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact project success.
