Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or related roles.
• Exposure to owner-side, program-level, or multi-project environments is a plus.
• Data center or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of Owner-level baseline schedules.
• Review GC and subcontractor schedules for compliance with Owner requirements.
• Track and report schedule performance and impacts across assigned projects.
