Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Project Accountant to join our expanding team on-site in Fort Wayne, IN. You will manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300 and collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and identify savings.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Knack for solving problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300.
• Partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings.
• Handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.
