Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Project Accountant to join the team on-site in Fort Wayne, IN. You will manage project finances from setup through monthly billing using Sage 300, partnering with project managers to track budgets and identify savings, and handling vendor compliance and accounts payable.

You should have 3–5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to partner with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300.
• Partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings.
• Handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.
