Connectly Recruiting’s client in Fort Wayne, IN is expanding its Project Accountant team on-site. If you value variety, high trust, and a laid-back culture with free Friday team lunches, this role is for you.

You’ll manage project finances from setup to monthly billing in Sage 300, partner with project managers on budgets and risks, and handle accounts payable and sales/use tax. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated with proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300.
• Partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and identify savings.
• Handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.
