Job summary

SCRAM Systems in Florida seeks a Program Manager to support a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office program, providing technical support for SCRAM CAM and SCRAM Remote Breath. The PM will analyze SCRAM data and position SCRAM Systems as a leader in offender monitoring across local, state, and federal markets.

The role requires coordinating with senior managers, delivering customer-focused messaging, managing timelines, and ensuring effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• Two years experience in criminal justice or related programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support AMS program strategies with senior management and regional sales manager.
• Coordinate input from SCRAM Systems / AMS teams and communicate follow-up plans.
• Develop messaging, presentation support, and strategic territory plans for the program.
• Review SCRAM Systems Reporting Package with customers to reinforce use of standard reports.
