Job summary

Vision Quest Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support NASA protective services at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. You will act as on-site leader for the NASA South Region contract, oversee Site Managers across multiple locations, manage contract performance, and serve as the primary contractor spokesperson to NASA.

You must be physically located at KSC, work on-site daily, and be available 24/7 with a 60-minute response window as defined in the PWS; this demanding role

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 10+ years supervising armed personnel.
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret.
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO).
• Required IDS/IS training.
• NASA SATERN training.
• NASA or comparable federal or military protective-services experience preferred.
• Ability to work on site at Kennedy Space Center.
• Ability to meet 24/7 availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for the NASA South Region protective-services contract.
• Oversee Site Managers across multiple NASA locations, manage contract performance and supervision structure.
• Represent the contractor to NASA as the primary point of contact.
• Be physically located at KSC, on-site each business day, and available 24/7 with 60-minute response.
