SCRAM Systems is seeking a Program Manager in Florida to support Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, providing technical support for SCRAM CAM and SCRAM Remote Breath, and analyzing SCRAM data to position SCRAM Systems as the industry leader in offender monitoring across local, state, and federal markets.

The PM will coordinate with senior managers, gather input, develop follow-up plans, and deliver proactive service, with approximately 15% travel and onsite responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice or related field (preferred).
• Two years’ experience in criminal justice or related program management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Assist in development and execution of customer support strategies for SCRAM AMS teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address critical areas and communicate follow-up plans.
• Provide messaging, presentation support, and territory planning for the program.
• Review reporting packages to reinforce standard reports for court communications and program effectiveness.
• Travel approximately 15% and ensure equipment management and onsite support.
