Job summary

KBR is seeking a seasoned Program Manager (Contingency) to lead on-site operations for complex DoD and federal mission-support contracts in austere environments. You will oversee all program activities, ensure contractual compliance, and manage logistics, facilities, life support, and procurement functions to deliver on-time, within-scope performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years program management experience on large multi-site O&M contracts.
• Proven leadership of multi-functional teams (operations, logistics, procurement, facilities).
• Expertise in OPI/KPI reporting, risk management integration, and formal change control processes.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and base operations support services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site customer contact and lead for all program activities.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with contract requirements and customer expectations.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with standards and reporting.
• Maintain Zero Harm safety culture and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor program risks and implement mitigation to maintain operational continuity.
• Lead meetings and reporting cycles across stakeholders.
• Support financial performance including cost control and billing coordination.
