Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in Norwalk, CA is seeking a Production Specialist to support manufacturing and distribution tasks on-site at a customer facility in El Segundo when required. This full-time, non-exempt role involves assembling, testing, inventory, and delivery coordination.

You will work as part of a safety-first team, performing duties from receiving shipments to order fulfillment, operating forklifts and other equipment where trained, and maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of warehousing or production experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company equipment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to standards and prepare items for delivery or shipping.
• Receive shipments, post in the system, and store items in the warehouse.
• Pick products in the warehouse and move items for delivery or shipping.
• Operate mechanical equipment and basic hand tools as trained.
• Maintain safety practices and support inventory control.
