Job summary

Zelisko USA is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and QA, develop high-performing teams, manage resources and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards while supporting business growth. This on-site role is based in Springfield, USA.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.
• Financial awareness and ability to manage production budgets and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards and manufacturing policies.
• Manage resources including personnel, equipment, materials and capacity planning.
• Develop and monitor production schedules aligned with demand and business needs.
• Drive productivity, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality and Project Management.
• Lead and develop production teams and supervisors to build a high-performance culture.
