Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) seeks a Production Labor Factor Analyst to provide detailed analysis of labor factors for the production department and customer program teams.

This on-site role reports to management and supports executive decisions with data-driven insights. The analyst will track hour-by-hour labor factors, compare against projections, and highlight trends with opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in manufacturing and/or aerospace repair
• Independent worker who can work with minimal direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills: plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed hour(s) analysis for Production Department, Customer Program Management, and Management
• Analyze labor factor actuals vs. projections; identify trends for improvements
• Report statistical data on Variable Labor Factor accuracy with improvements
• Collaborate with Production and Customer Program Departments to address issues and opportunities
• Analyze production to identify time gates affecting hourly distribution and capacity planning
• Assist with Industrialization to project labor factor hours
• Approve labor factor changes to ensure consistency and accuracy
