Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) in Mentor, OH seeks a Production Supervisor for Repair & Assembly on the 3rd shift.

You will oversee the department, ensure safe, systematic work, and guide a team of technicians to meet customer goals and quality standards. The role requires leadership in a manufacturing/Aviation maintenance environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, trainings, and performance.

Qualifications

• Two years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing or aviation maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work scope instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety protocols and company safety policies.
• Oversee the safety and well-being of the team.
• Monitor assigned work and ensure adherence to work scope and expectations.
• Utilize computer software to assign, verify, track, and monitor metrics and jobs.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel team members to achieve results.
• Manage personnel hours, time off, shift schedules, and overtime.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee development.
• Collaborate with trainers and managers on development and process improvements.
• Lead department meetings and communicate changes to employees.
