Kaplan Early Learning Company in Lewisville, North Carolina, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume product purchases across categories and monitor inventory to meet forecasted needs.

You will analyze sales history, forecast, create purchase orders, negotiate with 100+ vendors (including import vendors), and ensure timely fulfillment. This is an on-site role with standard business hours.

Formación

• 2–5 years purchasing/planning experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques.
• Experience with MS Office, HubSpot; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle independent, high-volume product purchases.
• Monitor inventory and generate replenishment reports to meet forecasts.
• Prepare and process purchase orders across product categories.
• Minimize backorders and achieve fill-rate targets.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and resolve issues with vendors and internal teams.
