Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher company, seeks a Process Safety Engineer to lead PSM and RMP implementation at the Muskegon, MI site. You will develop and manage the Process Hazard Analysis program, work with the EHS team to improve risk controls, and coach cross‑functional teams in safety excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 7 years’ PSM/RMP experience, strong communication, and a track record of influencing safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of PSM and RMP experience in hazardous manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute procedures for full OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance.
• Develop and maintain the facility PHA schedule and facilitate events.
• Evaluate site procedures for PSM applicability and compliance.
• Coach and lead teams in PSM events using engagement principles.
• Apply DBS CI tools for EHS improvement and risk mitigation with global sharing.
