You will collaborate with Production, Accounting, and Engineering to target inefficiencies and optimize workflows in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and comfort working in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in industrial/process engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel modeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards using time studies and observations.
• Validate standards with work sampling and statistical analysis.
• Maintain labor data in Labor Management Systems and reflect process changes.
