Job summary

Tomorrow Hire Llc. seeks an experienced Principal Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise apps in a federal government setting.

You will lead hands-on development across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and cloud-native stacks, guiding junior engineers while shaping architecture. The role is on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week, with a dynamic DevOps culture and a focus on performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React.
• Hands-on experience as a Technical Lead.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Twelve-Factor App methodology.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS, OpenShift, Docker, and related technologies.
• Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and related tools.
• Develop enterprise Java batch applications using JSR 352 and Spring Batch with job scheduling.
