Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal setting, intervention planning, and ongoing evaluation.
• Experience in Social Work or related counseling fields, with a strong commitment to person-centered, ethical, and culturally sensitive care.
• Knowledge of Chemical Dependency, including evidence-based interventions, stages of change, relapse prevention, and psychoeducation.
• Case Management skills, such as coordinating services, collaborating with community resources, and supporting discharge and aftercare planning.
• Clinical experience with Dual Diagnosis, integrating mental health and substance use treatment approaches.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (or in progress with appropriate supervision); relevant state licensure or license-eligible status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in a dual diagnosis setting.
• Coordinate care with medical and psychiatric providers and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and support discharge planning and aftercare.
• Engage with clients in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive manner.
• Contribute to program development and participate in staff trainings to foster a safe milieu.
• Manage a clinical caseload within a multidisciplinary team.
