The Primary Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, GA, providing direct clinical services to adults in a dual diagnosis detox and residential setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The Primary Therapist will provide ongoing case management, coordinate care with medical and psychiatric providers, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Additional duties include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, supporting discharge and aftercare planning, and engaging with clients in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive manner.
