Job summary

Designetics is seeking a Production Associate to join our on-site light assembly line, building precise fluid applicators and performing quality checks. You’ll use small tools, scanners, and clear instructions to ensure parts meet exact specifications while contributing to continuous improvement.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and the ability to work both in a team and independently in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Be precise in assembly and inspect quality against specifications.
• Follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work with urgency.
• Write legibly and measure in millimeters and inches.
• Demonstrate ownership of projects and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage precision skills in light assembly of fluid applicators.
• Follow assembly instructions and perform quality inspections.
• Use small hand-held and stationary tools to assemble parts.
• Track parts with scanners and contribute to improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and meet production goals.
• Collaborate with a team and also work independently as needed.
