Job summary

Sargent Electric is seeking a Site Project Manager in Fairbanks, IN, responsible for leading and managing on-site construction activities for multi-million-dollar power plant projects. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities and a degree in Construction Management or equivalent. This position offers a W2 role, including a company vehicle and per diem. Minimal travel required after project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience in multi-million-dollar projects in a site management role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects.
• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
