Qualifikationen

• Completion of an approved plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of plumbing trades, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and use meters
• Excellent English communication with customers and team
• Valid Class E driver’s license

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PDM) to prevent plumbing failures
• Carry out preventive maintenance repairs (PMR) to address defects from PM/PDM
• Complete corrective repairs to restore functionality
• Install, maintain, test, and calibrate plumbing components in water, gas, air, and sewer systems
• Maintain and operate pumps, valves, traps, pipes, water heaters, and showers
• Locate and repair plumbing failures; install backflow preventers; emergency repairs as needed
• Collaborate with central shops, contractors, and other departments
• Complete work orders with labor hours, codes, stock, and notes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety training
• Support operations teams and assist during emergencies or shortages
• On-site work as primary location; travel as needed
