Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of plastics manufacturing experience.
• Ability to manage engineering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Evaluate and optimize processes to improve reliability, uptime, and product quality.
• Support initiatives to reduce scrap, waste, downtime, cycle times, and costs.
• Review mold and tooling designs/modifications and coordinate trials.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, tooling, and product quality issues on the production floor.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate manufacturability of new products and designs.
• Evaluate plastics materials and manufacturing solutions to align with production objectives.
• Lead and influence production teams during engineering and process improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety and environmental requirements.
