Job summary

Croda Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and utilities for our Alabaster site. You will drive CMMS deployment, develop asset care strategies, and ensure safety, cost, and reliability targets are achieved through collaboration with operations and a strong technical foundation.

The role requires a B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and 5–10 years in relevant industry, with proficiency in CMMS, SAP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years in relevant industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP maintenance modules.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMMS implementation and maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and cost targets are met.
