• Maintain positive relationships with other foremen and crews.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure high-quality work.
• Participate in safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
• Ensure crew evaluations and performance agreements are conducted.
• Promote continuous improvement culture within the crew.
• Verify time sheets, quantities, and productivity reports.
• Develop weekly and daily work plans and manage the 6-week schedule.
