Job summary

InstantServe LLC in Sierra Vista, Arizona is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care, improve mobility, restore function, and manage pain.

The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality rehabilitation. This on-site role requires a DPT or equivalent and active PT license in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, medical history, and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, treatment documentation, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Support patients in improving independence, functional mobility, and overall quality of life.
