Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to enhance movement, alleviate pain, and restore functional independence.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
