Job summary

CORE MEDICAL CENTER LLC in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This on-site role provides evidence-based care for patients recovering from work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and musculoskeletal conditions.

You will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver hands-on treatment while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and therapists across settings in Missouri and Kansas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Eligible to obtain licensure in both states if needed.
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise instruction.
• Treat patients with workers' compensation, occupational medicine, personal injury, and general orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with referring providers and the rehabilitation team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients regarding recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
