CORE Medical Center LLC in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This on-site role works under licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $38.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, availability, and licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor patient performance and response to treatment.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients on prescribed home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and rehabilitation staff.
