AT&T is seeking a Phone Installation Technician in McLean, VA to install, maintain, and support telecommunication systems, including VOIP and legacy phones. The role requires office presence and may involve travel between Chantilly and McLean.

We cover a broad range of benefits and offer a shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with potential extended hours during peak periods. Candidate must be comfortable with on-site work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of cabling methodologies and industry standards.
• Experience installing endpoints including IT equipment, printers, VOIP and digital phones, and network devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, network, and telecom systems.

Responsibilities

• Support all facets of phone installations and troubleshoot telephones.
• Install, pull, terminate, and dress cabling per standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty connections, dropped calls, or hardware issues.
• Configure call routing, voicemail, extensions, and phone features.
