Job summary

Northside Medical Associates is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood draws at the outpatient draw station in Columbus, OH. You will order and transmit lab orders, process specimens, and ensure proper labeling and patient identification.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with 7:30am–4:30pm shifts. High school diploma required; phlebotomy skills and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong phlebotomy or customer service skills preferred.
• Previous experience in a lab or clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws in outpatient draw station.
• Order and transmit lab orders in the computer system.
• Respond to priority collection needs and maintain acceptable turnaround times.
• Identify patients and label specimens correctly to ensure specimen integrity.
• Stock workstation and dispose of biohazard materials properly.
