Advanced Rx Management in Tennessee is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Licensed/Certified) for an on-site, full-time role. You will handle prescriptions, verify patient data, assist customers, and support the pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license is a plus.
• CPhT certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process prescriptions and refill requests accurately.
• Enter and verify patient information and medical histories with HIPAA compliance.
• Assist patients with inquiries and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Prepare and dispense medications, including labeling and packaging.
• Process and troubleshoot insurance claims and billing issues.
• Maintain records in pharmacy systems.
• Conduct inventory audits and assist with stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety.
