Qualifications

• Current License to practice as a Pharmacist in New York State required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates staff in pharmacy activities.
• Compounds and dispenses medications and verifies prescriptions for accuracy.
• Maintains records and statistics.
• Oversees policy implementation and compliance with regulations.
• Provides consultation to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintains relationships with staff and participates in on-site scheduling.
• Supervises pharmacists and technicians in daily operations.
• Reviews orders for completeness and potential interactions.
• Ensures quality assurance and URAC-related activities where applicable.
• Performs related duties as required.
