Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician 3 to serve as the centralized operational resource bridging Specialty Pharmacy hub processes with Health Solutions Pharmacy inventory and dispensing operations in the Sacramento area.

You will collaborate with pharmacists, inventory personnel, and supply chain teams to anticipate medication needs, resolve inventory issues, and escalate concerns before patient care is affected.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management in outpatient pharmacy settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot supply issues and coordinate follow-ups.
• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems to support workflows.
• Knowledge of California pharmacy law and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Specialty Pharmacy and hub inventory, escalation, and mitigation (60%).
• Oversee Health Solutions Pharmacy inventory operations (20%).
• Coordinate shipping and bulk product movement (20%).
