TCI Technology Consulting Inc. seeks a knowledgeable Pharmacist in Wilkes-Barre, PA to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will provide safe medication services, counsel patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a PharmD or equivalent and an active PA license. The role requires on-site work and a strong patient-care mindset with excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted license in PA is required.
• PharmD or equivalent degree required.
• Experience with compounding infused drugs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care.

Mansioni

• Accept and dispense prescription medications.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and usage patterns.
• Ensure medicines comply with legal requirements and safety standards.
• Counsel patients about medications, usage, side effects and interactions.
• Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy files.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and assist with inventory management.
• Provide clinical services such as BP measurement and smoking cessation.
