Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and repair for HVAC and facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation controls, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with GMP or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork across functions.
• On-site work and safety protocol adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and facility equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and document service activities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and quality teams to prioritize work orders.
• Support equipment installations and participate in safety audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
