Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join our team in a hands-on, on-site role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling a varied caseload, and dedicated to supporting attorneys in developing settlements and preparing documents.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, empathetic communication with clients, and collaboration with insurance carriers and medical providers to advance case goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a legal or insurance environment preferred.
• Prior experience as Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients by phone and in person.
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Obtain documents to support injury and/or liability positions.
• Interact with insurers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Manage case files from intake to close under attorney supervision.
• Prepare demands and assemble support for submission to carriers under supervision.
• Interact with attorneys and present case summaries when required.
• Perform related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
