Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager to join our on-site team. You will support attorneys by organizing case files, coordinating with clients and providers, and assisting in developing settlements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling a varied caseload. As a Case Manager, you will interact with clients and carriers, assemble documentation, and ensure timely progression from intake to close with attention to detail and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal role or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proactive interaction with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with existing and potential clients via phone and in person.
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Gather documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and providers on balances.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and submit to carriers.
