Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as Medical Assistant/EMT or related healthcare role.
• Phlebotomy experience required or strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clinical research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recruitment through pre-screening and scheduling.
• Prepare source documents and visit binders for study visits.
• Request and manage medical records as needed.
• Ensure completion of e-diaries by study participants.
• Check patients in and out for study visits.
• Coordinate participant compensation.
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve queries within 24 hours.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and regulatory documentation.
• Record adverse events and assist with sponsor reporting.
• Support additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
