Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of timekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile time and attendance data from the timekeeping system for bi-weekly payroll.
• Perform data audit checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with support functions to submit payroll adjustments and deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.
• Support local payroll administration, including inquiries and case management.
• Know and apply local HR policies impacting payroll.
• Prioritize requests to meet payroll deadlines.
• Participate in system testing, KPI reporting, and special projects as needed.
• Develop and maintain payroll documentation and drive continuous improvement.
