Qualifications

• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• Clerical, customer service, and/or therapeutic diet experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains information regarding patient diet orders, menus, and special requests; records and relays information as needed.
• Responds to all incoming calls and communicates information to the appropriate parties.
• Works under direct supervision of the Patient Services Supervisor and/or Manager.
