Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• One year of experience as a Patient Advocate or equivalent training/experience
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs
• Knowledge of the Federal Marketplace
• General knowledge of agency and provider programs and services affecting clients

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies mission and values; acts as role model
• Collaborates with manager to identify learning needs and goals
• Maintains knowledge of departmental and hospital policies and procedures
• Works with other departments and hospital associates to support efforts
